We offer a full line of high spirits for your enjoyment here in our tasting room or to take home and add to your personal collection. The Mother Spirit around here is our crisp, smooth Vodka. She is the spirited basis for our one-of-a-kind Gin, our Southern New Jersey but somewhat Scandinavian Aquavit and all our decadent liqueurs.

Being in the heart of South Jersey farm country it seems like a requirement to make an all corn, un-aged whiskey- so we did. Our all-corn Moonshine is our salute to the long tradition of spirit-making in New Jersey. Every now and then we throw a few apples in to make an Apple Pie version.

SInce we first began distilling in 2018 we have been patiently putting away barrels. Our patience has paid off with a smoothly flavorful Straight Bourbon and a warming Rye whiskey as well as a weirdly wonderful barrel-aged Gin. All made from grains grown nearby, fermented, distilled and aged right here at Independent Spirits Distillery.
