With so many delicious offerings, it isn't easy to choose so we have created mini cocktail flights! Three mini versions of your favorite cocktails! Our Tasting Room is open Fridays 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Our space is also available for private events. Message us today or stop by on the weekend to arrange your own awesome event! We couldn't be happier to share with you our flavorful Barreled Gin. This Spirit is a lucky happenstance that really embodies our exploratory, open-minded philosophies here at Independent Spirits. All of our Spirits are one-of-a-kind and this multi-layered smash-up is no exception. With all the herbal note of our original Gin, this caramel-colored Spirit has gained a whole new side to its personality by spending some quality time in a never- used bourbon barrel.
