Welcome! We are Independent Spirits Distillery, your local, family-owned and operated craft distillery. We specialize in crafting all our Spirits from local grains. We think the effort is worth it and that you will taste the difference in our 11 unique offerings. All are available by the cocktail in our Tasting Room. Our bottles are also available here and at JB's Liquors in Logan and Berkley Spirits in Clarksboro. The Holiday is almost here and we are still open all our regular hours for your shopping convenience. You can shop and sip a Hot Toddy, Warm Cider and Shine, Breen's Irish Cream or a bubbly Holiday Punch. Come with food, friends and time to enjoy our unique menu in our cozy, welcoming Tasting Room. We are open Fridays 5-9, Saturdays 3-9 and Sundays 1-5. Groups of more than 10 are welcome but please call ahead. We rent out our space for private parties!
