We have two new Spirits to share and a whole new menu of yummy cocktails to enjoy. Our Tasting Room is open Fridays 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. We rent out our space for private events. Feel free to bring your own food. Large groups please call ahead for arrangements. Message us today or stop by on the weekend to arrange your own awesome event at Independent Spirits Distillery!! We are closed this Saturday, January 4th at 6pm for a Private Party.

We couldn't be happier to share with you our flavorful Barreled Gin. This Spirit is a lucky happenstance that really embodies our exploratory, open-minded philosophies here at Independent Spirits. All of our Spirits are one-of-a-kind and this multi-layered smash-up is no exception. With all the herbal note of our original Gin, this caramel-colored Spirit has gained a whole new side to its personality by spending some quality time in a never- used bourbon barrel.
