Both are refreshing and delicious additions to our extensive menu. Come with food, friends and time to enjoy our unique offerings. Our air-conditioned Tasting Room is open Fridays 5-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Outdoor seating is also available when it isn't broiling hot. Last call is always one-half hour before close. Large groups please call ahead so we can save you a space. We rent out our space for private parties! We couldn't be happier to share with you our flavorful Barreled Gin. This Spirit is a lucky happenstance that really embodies our exploratory, open-minded philosophies here at Independent Spirits. All of our Spirits are one-of-a-kind and this multi-layered smash-up is no exception. With all the herbal note of our original Gin, this caramel-colored Spirit has gained a whole new side to its personality by spending some quality time in a never- used bourbon barrel.
