Our Tasting Room is open Fridays 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Feel free to bring your own food when you come to visit. Large groups please call ahead for arrangements. We couldn't be happier to share with you our flavorful Barreled Gin. This Spirit is a lucky happenstance that really embodies our exploratory, open-minded philosophies here at Independent Spirits. All of our Spirits are one-of-a-kind and this multi-layered smash-up is no exception. With all the herbal note of our original Gin, this caramel-colored Spirit has gained a whole new side to its personality by spending some quality time in a never- used bourbon barrel.
