Our air-conditioned Tasting Room is open Fridays 5-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Outdoor seating is also available when it isn't broiling hot. Last call is always one-half hour before close. Large groups please call ahead so we can save you a space. We rent out our space for private parties! A delicious classic made with our unique, hand-crafted Gin. Made popular in the Roaring '20's when it didn't get any better than being the Bee's Knees, this cocktail is as cool and smooth as it sounds. We balance the Gin with a dash of lemon juice and a splash of our Independent Honey Simple syrup and serve it up high and cold.
