Welcome! We are Independent Spirits Distillery, your local, family-owned and operated craft distillery. We specialize in crafting all our Spirits from local grains. We think the effort is worth it and that you will taste the difference in our 11 unique offerings. All are available by the cocktail in our Tasting Room. Our bottles are also available here and at JB's Liquors in Logan and Berkley Spirits in Clarksboro. The temperatures are telling us it is time for the holiday specials to begin! This season we are serving Hot Toddies, Warm Cider and Shine, Breen's Irish Cream and a bubbly Holiday Punch. Come with food, friends and time to enjoy our unique menu in our cozy, welcoming Tasting Room. We are open Fridays 5-9, Saturdays 3-9 and Sundays 1-5. Large groups please call ahead. Better than homemade apple pie. Our Independent Spirits Apple Pie Moonshine is flavored with the same cinnamon sugary apples we would prepare for a pie. But no crust awaits these apples. Instead. they end up swimming in our all-corn, straight off the Still, unaged white lightning Moonshine.
