We keep it real, and we think you'll taste the difference in our unique, hand-crafted Spirits. Come try our Summer Specials, the Orange Crush and the Peach Mule! Both are refreshing and delicious additions to our extensive menu. Come with food, friends and time to enjoy our unique offerings. Our air-conditioned Tasting Room is open Fridays 5-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Outdoor seating is also available when it isn't broiling hot. Last call is always one-half hour before close. Large groups please call ahead so we can save you a space. We rent out our space for private parties! We use our wheat spirit "Mother Spirit" that could have become a vodka and we join it with our unique blend of juniper and herbs. redistilled a second time, the Spirit becomes a clear expression of those added herbs. Sublime in a martini. Terrific with tonic. Bright, fresh and definitely not your grandfather’s gin.
