We love seeing friends return and meeting new folks when they first discover us. We truly appreciate all your support! Our Tasting Room is open Fridays 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Please bring your own food. Large groups please call ahead for arrangements. Our space is also available for private events. Message us today or stop by on the weekend to arrange your own awesome event at Independent Spirits Distillery!! We have a relaxing space, great room rates and a friendly, helpful staff. We use our wheat spirit "Mother Spirit" that could have become a vodka and we join it with our unique blend of juniper and herbs. Sublime in a martini. Terrific with tonic. Bright, fresh and definitely not your grandfather’s gin.
