We are a family owned and operated grain to glass craft distillery. We offer tours, tasting and cocktail service in our Tasting Room on the weekend. The Distillery also offers a unique venue for private events such as parties, weddings, reunions or whatever you may be celebrating. We have a small snack menu or you can bring your own food. There is a covered porch for outdoor seating. You can also purchase our Spirits in many local stores so you can enjoy them at home. From my family to yours, thank you for your support!

A delicious classic made with our unique, hand-crafted Gin. Made popular in the Roaring '20's when it didn't get any better than being the Bee's Knees, this cocktail is as cool and smooth as it sounds. We balance the Gin with a dash of lemon juice and a splash of our Independent Honey Simple syrup and serve it up high and cold.
