Please bring your own food. Large groups please call ahead for arrangements. Our space is also available for private events. A delicious classic made with our unique, hand-crafted Gin. Made popular in the Roaring '20's when it didn't get any better than being the Bee's Knees, this cocktail is as cool and smooth as it sounds. We balance the Gin with a dash of lemon juice and a splash of our Independent Honey Simple syrup and serve it up high and cold.
