With so many delicious offerings, it isn't easy to choose so we have created mini cocktail flights! Three mini versions of your favorite cocktails! Our Tasting Room is open Fridays 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Our space is also available for private events. Message us today or stop by on the weekend to arrange your own awesome event! A delicious classic made with our unique, hand-crafted Gin. Made popular in the Roaring '20's when it didn't get any better than being the Bee's Knees, this cocktail is as cool and smooth as it sounds. We balance the Gin with a dash of lemon juice and a splash of our Independent Honey Simple syrup and serve it up high and cold.
