Greetings from your neighborhood craft distillery. We are here every weekend serving cocktails from our extensive menu. It isn't easy to choose so we have created mini cocktail flights! Mini versions of all our offerings so you can explore more possibilities! You can choose any three cocktails or try a mini Old Fashioned, martini or spirited coffee flight! Tasting Room is open Fridays 4-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 1-5. Our space is also available for private events. We are currently booking for 2024. Message us today to arrange your own awesome event! We use our wheat spirit "Mother Spirit" that could have become a vodka and we join it with our unique blend of juniper and herbs. Sublime in a martini. Terrific with tonic. Bright, fresh and definitely not your grandfather’s gin.
