Welcome! We are Independent Spirits Distillery, your local, family-owned and operated craft distillery. We specialize in crafting everything we make from local grains, and we think you'll taste the Jersey difference in our 11 unique Spirits. All are available by the cocktail in our Tasting Room and by the bottle for your enjoyment at home. Our bottles are also available at JB Liquors in Logan and Berkley Spirits in Clarksboro. It is about time for the Fall Specials to begin! Look for new (Spiced Espresso Martini), and some familiar (The Great Pumpkin) seasonal additions to our extensive menu. Come with food, friends and time to enjoy our unique offerings in our cozy, welcoming Tasting Room. We are open Fridays 5-9, Saturdays 3-9 and Sundays 1-5. Outdoor seating is available. Last call is always one-half hour before close. Large groups please call ahead so we can save you a space. We rent out our space for private parties! We call it Moonshine but we really shouldn't. We have a license that we are very proud of so the Spirits we create cannot technically be defined as "moonshine". But no other word conveys what our all-corn unaged whiskey is all about. Corn made liquid. Sunshine in a bottle. Crisp, surprisingly sippable with no afterburn.
